Google Maps Satellite Imagery Update

location based services

Can you see your house from here.. now?

Frank Taylor over at the Google Earth Blog has the scoop on a Google Maps satellite update that he has posted about. Here is a summary of locations that have seen updates:
James from GoogleSightseeing confirms Maps API V.2 has these updates for those of you who are creating and using Google Maps mashups. Sites like Wikimapia and my list of "Collections" sites should now have an even closer look at some world locations.

What about your area? Take a look, then post a comment
if your region now has high resolution satellite imagery, but did not previously!
