VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2006--Induslogic Inc., a leader in outsourced product development, today announced it has reached an agreement to acquire Nagpur, India-based, Lambent, a global leader for mobile product engineering services. The acquisition is a key step in Induslogic's quest for leadership in the outsourced software product development market. The company will significantly increase Induslogic's existing Mobile Center of Excellence, extending the company's capabilities to partner with leaders in mobile technology to assist them in building robust, effective and dynamic mobile software solutions that address the constantly changing standards and technologies.
