Installation instructions
Using the CAB installer package
The CAB installer package can either be downloaded directly to the Pocket PC, or downloaded using your desktop computer, and transferred to the Pocket PC using your ActiveSync software.
Use Start > File Explorer on the Pocket PC to locate and run the installer package.
Follow any instructions to complete the install.
You can now run Opera using Start > Programs > Opera Browser.
