QUALCOMM Internet Services: "QUALCOMM's QPoint solution is for operators who are interested in offering location-based services to their subscribers. QUALCOMM Internet Services (QIS) offers QPoint products, tools, technology enhancements and support to its channel partners/system integrators who deploy the solution.

QIS encourages all operators interested in deploying commercial location-based services (LBS) with QPoint technology to explore this opportunity through our channel partners/system integrators.
