Thinner and slimmer Navman devices feature Lonely Planet pics

here are new N-series Navmans coming up, namely the N4i and N60i, as well as the entry level F20.

The N-series devices feature NavPix™, the world’s first “navigate to pictures technology”, and sleek new design. You get Lonely Planet photography with the N-Series devices, from 19 major cities around the world like London, Paris, Milan and Madrid.

With the LP pictures downloaded on your device, you can navigate using this "Navpix" technology.

In addition to downloading NavPix™ images onto the N40i and N60i devices, you can also create your own photo library using the integrated 1.3 megapixel camera, and upload them for others to share on www.navman.com. The N series is pre-loaded with New Zealand street level mapping. Both models utilise the most up-to-date GPS chipset, giving you as strong and fast a signal as possible.

The Navman N40i & N60i will be available from select retail outlets March 2007.

The Navman F20 on the other hand is an entry-level devices priced at $NZ700. It's slim-line too, but with the focus on ease of use.

With dedicated fuel and park buttons that guide you to the nearest petrol station or car park with a single click, the Back-on-Track™ function will instantly re-route you if you happen to take a wrong turn, giving you peace of mind whilst on the move.
